Financing & Payment Options

Restorative and Cosmetic dentistry are excellent investments in an individual’s oral health and therefore overall health. We are sensitive to the fact that each patient has different needs and wants. Therefore, we have several payment options available, making treatment acheivable to everyone.

We want all of our patients to feel comfortable and understand up-front the costs of their treatment and how it will be covered. Our staff will work with you to plan your treatment in a way that is affordable and manageable. This allows the patient to enter treatment worry-free and focused on achieving an optimal outcome.

It is our hope that no patient will have to defer the treatment they need and want because of financial concerns. We firmly believe that financial considerations should NOT be an obstacle in obtaining treatment. All financial discussions and arrangements are kept strictly confidential.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Discover

Insurance Accepted

Most insurance plans are accepted. If you are covered by a dental insurance plan, we will gladly do a benefits check, file your insurance forms for you with a request to have the benefits assigned to the office. Co-payments are required at the beginning of treatment.

Outside financing options available

We gladly work with two outside financing companies:

CareCredit for dental procedures—CareCredit is the credit card exclusively for healthcare services. With no up-front costs and no pre-payment penalties, CareCredit lets you pay over time and frees up cash and credit cards for the other things. CareCredit offers low monthly payment plans for healthcare procedures not commonly covered by insurance. CareCredit also offers 12 months interest free financing for qualified persons.

LendingClub patient solutions—LendingClub is a dental credit card with low monthly payments, and a 12- month 0.00% interest rate. LendingClub allows you to use the credit card for dental procedures that your dental insurance may not cover. With LendingClub, your cash is freed up thanks to their low monthly payment plan, and your personal credit cards are available for other things you may need or want.
