Meet The Team

Meet The Doc

When it comes to dental education, you’d be hard-pressed to find anyone more knowledgeable than Dr. Wyatt. Dr. Wyatt is actively involved in many facets of continuing education, participating in dental conferences, symposia, and fellowships. In 1986, he received his Fellowship from the Academy of General Dentistry, which requires at least 500 hours of additional continuing education and the passage of a rigorous written exam. He has studied with some of the most respected dentists in the nation and the world. The Texas State Board of Dental Examiners requires 12 hours of continuing education every year to maintain licensure. Dr. Wyatt regularly averages at least 200 hours per year; 1600% more than he’s legally required to do. This affords him access to the latest technological advances in cosmetic, laser, and restorative dentistry.

Dr. Wyatt is a member of the following prestigious organizations:

  • The American Dental Association
  • The Texas Dental Association
  • The North Texas Dental Society
  • The Academy of General Dentistry
  • The American Association of Cosmetic Dentistry
  • The American Dental Implant Association
  • The American Dental Institute
  • American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (accreditation in progress)

He is very active in his local community as a featured speaker in the chamber of commerce and other organizations, plus Dr. Wyatt is also a published author on Dentaltown.

Getting his start in his father’s dental office, Dr. Wyatt has been working in dental offices since he was 12 years old. In his spare time, Dr. Wyatt is an avid amateur musician, singing jazz around the area as a soloist and singing bass/baritone in the a cappella jazz vocal chorus. Although Doc’s music of choice is jazz, you will hear many different varieties of music at the office on the speakers! Dr. Wyatt also enjoys reading, photography, woodworking, cycling, weightlifting, and spending time with his wife Jennifer, their cat Seymour, and his two grown children Christopher and Bronwyn and his granddog, Bentley. Jennifer holds a degree in voice form University of Kansas and is attending classes at UNT. Christopher is a commercial airline pilot while Bronwyn is a professional musician and newlywed.

Team Members

Mary Dunn - Business Manager

Mary became part of Dr. Wyatt’s team in 2005. She started her dental career in 1978 in Terre Haute, Indiana, while attending Indiana State University. She was a dental assistant for 10 years before moving into Dental Office Administration. Her knowledge of the “technical side” of dentistry makes her a huge asset to the patients when explaining and outlining their treatment. Her years working with scheduling and dental insurance following her dental assisting days make her an invaluable part of Dr. Wyatt’s team. Outside the office Mary enjoys spending her time with her family, especially her two grandchildren, "Nugget and Munchkin". She has a large fur-baby family as well, Max, Tucker Dunn and Molly. You will see her around the neighborhood walking the boys.

Kelly Stancil - Dental Assistant

Kelly Stancil is a Flower Mound native and graduate of our very own Flower Mound High School. She has been a Registered Dental Assistant since 2007. When she isn’t here at the office keeping tabs on Dr. Wyatt, she likes to spend time at home in Argyle directing household activities with her husband. They have three boys whom they shuttle to various soccer and football games, and golf tournaments all over the Metroplex. You can easily find the Stancils attending all kinds of musical shows, and during NHL Hockey Season, cheering on the Dallas Stars. In addition to the boys, Kelly and her husband have two Great Danes that could easily be mistaken for horses named Tiny and Blubelle, and the odd-dog-out, a Chihuahua-Terrier Mix named Rocket, who runs the show.

Leslie D'Agostino - Hygienist

Leslie became a member of our team in 2017. She has been in dentistry since 2014, and loves building relationships with her patients through trust and respect, helping them improve their oral health and hygiene. Leslie studied at Texas Woman's University, completed an internship at Baylor, focusing on oral cancer, and maintains certification in laser dentistry services. A native Texan, Leslie is happily married and the proud mother of her son, and of her rescued fur-baby, Brody. She enjoys spending her spare time with family and friends, going to the gym, baking, and traveling.

Bronwyn Wyatt Higgins - Marketing and Admin

Bronwyn is Dr.Wyatt's daughter. She holds three degrees in classical percussion. When she is not managing the office's Facebook page, and keeping Dr.Wyatt's staff happy, you can find her writing and recording music at her studio in Flower Mound. You can see her and hear some of her music on Mindhunter, a show produced by Netflix. Performing under the name "bronwyn", her music is available on CD Baby and all of the digital music distributors like Amazon, GooglePlay and iTunes.

Jennifer Estes - Dental Assistant

Jennifer comes to us from California, via Arizona. She's been in dentistry for 3 years, having previously worked in a practice in Arizona that specialized in TMJ-related problems. Her mother was a dental assistant, so Jennifer has dentistry in her blood! Her enthusiasm for learning and compassion for our patients is why we love having her work alongside us. She's currently taking classes to prepare to become a dental hygienist. We think she'll be a great one! She has two dogs, a Boston Terrier named Cocoa, and a Boxer named Lila.

Kristy Hayworth-Marsh - Hygienist

Kristy joined Dr.Wyatt's team in 2009. Our patients instantly loved her because of her genuine, upbeat personality. She graduated from Tarrant County College with her dental hygiene degree in 2002. Kristy's love for dental hygiene fuels her to help patients understand why complete oral care is beneficial to their overall health. When not caring for her patients, Kristy is an accomplished mother of three children and two grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her teenage daughter and their rambunctious cat. When Kristy is not taking her daughter to Coppell High School Band events, you can find her enjoying her life as a newlywed with her husband Mike, who owns a printing business.
